Improvement  is  a  continuous  process for  us to be  done  in  product  , process  and  technology  . Whenever  we  identify  a  process  for  technological  upgradation    our  research and  development  team  takes  it  as  a  goal  and  tries  to achieves it in  a  specified  time  frame .  Many  production  processes  which  required  manual  decision  making  have  been  programmed  to  auto  assign  tasks which  has  helped  us  to  maintain  accuracy  of  the process . Our  Research &  Development  team  continuously  makes  efforts to  identify  the  machines and  processes  where  human  intervention  can  be  minimized   and  replaced  by  automated  ones .

In  addition  to  this  we  have  worked  with  our  customers  for  optimization of  their   designs  and  manufacturing  processes which  has  helped  them  to  add  value  to  their  product .

We  have  worked  with  one  of  our  customers  and  developed  wires  with  extra thick  covering  with  specifications  suited  to  their  own  needs.

We  have  also  worked  with  one  of  our  customers   to  eliminate  the  problems  faced  by  them  in  their  high  speed  winding  machines .
